We’re delighted to announce that we have just taken delivery of our sixth Intrusive UXO Magnetometer Survey Rig. This HYSON 200 kN on Midi CPT-Crawler is a welcome addition to our current fleet and was custom-built for us by specialists A.P. van den Berg in the Netherlands.
The smaller tracks and size of this Magnetometer Rig make it highly adaptable and easy to transport. Its mere 1700mm width makes access to even the most complicated projects, a breeze.
The technical credentials of the crawler are impressive too. As a brand new build the Magnetometer Rig’s engine is highly efficient, quiet and easy to maintain. It’s also equipped with a 200kN penetrometer, which is mounted on an undercarriage with rubber tracks. Weighing in at just 7,000kg its light and manoeuvrable, but still packs a punch with huge pushing force.
Our latest investment has already joined its bigger brothers and is out and about earning its trade on a site in Central London, so keep an eye out for it on a site near you!
